The Emery in Minneapolis to Feature Italian Restaurant, Spyhouse Coffee, and More
The Emery will officially unveil in downtown Minneapolis on Wednesday, April 3. A standout in the redesign is Giulia, a new contemporary Italian restaurant that creates "the perfect marriage of community, comfort, and cocktails," the hotel's announcement states. Giulia will feature a bar-centric flexible space for both intimate and sociable dining and drinking in a casual atmosphere.
The hotel also will feature the first downtown location of the beloved Twin Cities roaster Spyhouse Coffee. Guests and locals will be able to pick up a fresh cup of Spyhouse’s signature roast coffee and pastries courtesy of Black Walnut Bakery. In the evening, Spyhouse will transform into a lobby lounge serving beer and wine.
Curated minibars with locally produced products will include such Minneapolis-area items as Crooked Water Spirits, Assorted Finnegans Beers, So Good So You Probiotic Shots, Funky Chunky Peanut Butter Popcorn, and more.
The new 10-story hotel offers views of the city skyline and easy access to attractions via the skyway, such as the U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field.
