Recipe: Pink Flamingo Adult Milkshake from JW Marriott Desert Springs

JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa, located in Palm Desert, California (in Coachella Valley) cleverly combines confection and cocktails for its adult Pink Flamingo Milkshake, crafted by the hotel's Executive Pastry Chef, Dominique Valenzuela. The $60 tipple ($50 without alcohol) has been a hit at the property's Rockwood Grill since debuting last April, especially with groups of four or more, and special occasion gatherings like birthdays and bachelorette parties.

- 40oz Martini Glass Dipped in Pink Chocolate and Sprinkles
- Strawberry Ice Cream (6) Medium Scoops
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- Strawberry Vodka (3 oz)
- Whipped Cream
- Half & Half (4 oz)
- House Made Strawberry Cotton Candy
- Strawberry Swirl Lollipops (3)
- French Macarons (3)
- House Made Pink Glazed Donuts (3)
- Pink Chocolate Dipped Strawberries (3)
- Edible Glitter
- Piece de resistance Flamingo Straw
Rim martini glass with pink chocolate and sprinkles.
Blend a strawberry milkshake (ice cream, half & half) and pour into glass.
Add strawberry vodka on top of milkshake.
Add skewer of donuts, whipped cream, and sprinkles.
Add pink cotton candy, lollipops, macarons, and pink chocolate-dipped strawberries dusted in glitter.
Finish with Pink Flamingo straw.
