The anchor of just-opened Dream Hollywood looks to be its F&B. The hotel features five restaurant and nightlife venues, operated by TAO Group, located within and adjacent to the hotel. Experiential offerings include rooftop concept The Highlight Room, Beauty & Essex, and TAO Asian Bistro and Avenue—all designed by Rockwell Group—as well as Luchini Pizzeria and Bar, designed by studio collective.

This summer, restaurant group Concentrics Restaurants and hotel company First Hospitality Group (FHG) launch what they hope will be two destination restaurants at downtown Toledo, Ohio’s riverfront. Brim House and The Heights are brought to Toledo via a partnership between the two groups. Both will be located in the new Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel.
