Jerry Silver, executive chef at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Billings, Montana, appreciates the ease of the Always Tender product. “It’s almost ready to use, and it’s pretty—I guess the term would be ‘bulletproof,’” he says. “Instead of having to cook up pork loins, it saves us a lot of time.” Silver rolls the pork loins in panko and serves them with a lemon-caper sauce at the hotel’s restaurant, Montana Sky.

Silver obtains the Hormel Always Tender roasted pork through Sysco, and he asserts that he’s never had any issues with the product. “I’ve been using Hormel for a long time,” says Silver. “When you’re talking about pork, that kind of peace of mind is priceless.” —JM
