Hotel Los Angeles at L.A. Live, the significance

Southern Aluminum’s banquet and
training tables contain 50 percent total
recycled content, and all of the products
are 100 percent recyclable at the end of their long lives.
Palmer says the tables serve many purposes in both of his
hotels as registration and banquet tables and in conference
and schoolroom setups. With striking finishes that need no
skirting or cloths, Southern Aluminum’s
tables also save time and money, Palmer
says, and he likes that they feature
clean, straight lines.
Palmer’s favorite Southern Aluminum
product is the T2 Table, a folding,
two-in-one table that can go from a
training table to a banquet table in just
seconds. With its convertible modesty
panel, the T2 line eliminates the need to
buy multiple tables for various applications.
“The tables require little setup
and breakdown time, so they are very
advantageous from a labor standpoint,”
Palmer says. The Ritz-Carlton and JW
Marriott have been using Southern Aluminum products
since February, Palmer says, and guests and staff “just
