Premium Hotel Bottled Water » Water For All Seasons
Cochon, a casual, authentic Cajun restaurant in
New Orleans opened the spring after Hurricane
Katrina and has been serving Mountain Valley
Spring Water to guests as its choice for
sparkling or still bottled water ever since.
“Sometimes still water can be kind of
hard, and sparkling water can taste a bit
salty, but not Mountain Valley,” says
Will Davis, Cochon’s general manager.
“It’s the best bottled water I have ever
tasted.”
Mountain Valley Spring Water
is a naturally high pH water
containing a selection of minerals
including calcium carbonate, iron,
and even a trace amount of fluoride.
Mountain Valley’s still water has twice
won the title of “Best Tasting Non-Carbonated
Bottled Water in the World”
at the Berkley Springs International Water Tasting
Competition, and their sparkling water has been
praised for its small bubbles that complement
rather than overpower food.
Davis appreciates that the water comes
from a smaller company, and he believes that
Cochon’s customers like knowing the source
of their water. Any hotel looking for a distinctive and delicious bottled water supplier take note. “Not many areas in the United
States carry really good water,” said Davis.
“And our customers love this water for its
distinct, delicious taste.”
With more and more consumers and hotels moving
toward sustainable products, Mountain Valley
Spring Water also fits that bill for any hotel bottled water program. The water
is delivered in minimal packaging, including
recycled content, and the company uses
as little energy as necessary in the manufacture
of its products. —MP
