Vie de France Labor-Saving Breads and Pastries There’s nothing like fresh, hot bread, especially when it’s ready in just a few minutes with minimal preparation, which is why Susanna Wong-Noda, director of purchasing for the Hilton Los Angeles Airport, chooses Vie de France gourmet bakery products. The 1,234-room hotel features a new conference center with 30 breakout rooms and 24,000 square feet of space for breakfasts, receptions, and other catered events.

“The bread is excellent,” Wong-Noda says. “When we serve it, it’s still warm from the oven and nice and crispy. We have served the French Petit Pain Roll and the Multigrain Petit Pain Roll from Vie de France for over 10 years. We use them in our coffee shop and sometimes even for VIP banquets.”

In addition to the quality of the baked goods, the convenience of Vie de France products is a significant benefit. “The bread is par-baked and comes frozen,” says Wong-Noda. “We just pop it in the oven to finish it up. It’s very convenient to bake just what’s needed.” Vie de France products are also available in frozen dough and thaw-and-serve forms. —ADK
