Chef Cora’s multi-cultural upbringing in a small Greek community in Jackson, Mississippi, provided the foundation for an expansive cuisine style. For this event, she created four beautifully and simply produced dishes, which blended these influences and proved chefs don’t have to compromise quality in today’s challenging times.
