Michelle Miterrer, director of F&B, says it’s not unusual to host buffets for 1,000 people over the course of a day’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. As a result, Miterrer is always looking for well-priced, interesting buffet serveware and serving vessels, and she tends to find many of them at 10 Strawberry Street.
“Since we started doing business with 10 Strawberry Street four years ago, we’ve found their price point is excellent for unique designs and shapes of table and buffet accessory pieces. Everything we order from them gets here within a week to 10 days, and we’ve been really happy with their products,” Miterrer says.
Mitterer recently made a big purchase for Hamilton Park’s new upscale lobby bar, Stir. The bar will have an extensive appetizer menu, for which Mitterer bought a plethora of 10 Strawberry Street’s black rectangular platters with small oval bowls for dipping sauces, perfect for items like the Lobster Spring Rolls. Also new at the hotel is a completely renovated ballroom with a new design scheme.

10 Strawberry Street manufactures and imports a diverse line of hotel tableware, including banquet dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and serveware. Specialty hotel tableware and buffet pieces such as stainless steel plate stands, sushi boats, pocket trays and many other items are also offered.
