A complimentary manager's reception with beverages and snacks is just one of the ways Embassy Suites takes care of its guests. With 26 John Q. Hammons-operated properties hosting the popular evening event, it is important to have consistent quality and presentation of dry snacks across the board.
“Several properties had used Rosseto's EZ-SERV snack dispensers and said the quality and appearance were good, so we decided to roll them out to all our properties,” says Vito Palmietto, senior director of F&B operations and procurement for John Q. Hammons Hotels.
Prior to using the Rosseto dispensers, some properties used bowls, some used platters, and others used various containers to serve the snacks. “We were looking for consistency in the appearance as well as portion control capabilities of the snack dispensers to reduce wasted food,” says Palmietto. “With the Rosseto dispensers, we achieved this. I think the dispensers have had a positive impact on the way the guests perceive our service.”
