“Colorful ingredients,” adds Clark, “with contrasting textures create elegant and eye-catching plate presentations. But aside from attracting your eyes, all you have to do is smell these premium prepared side dishes, and you’ll have to taste them.”

The Flame Roasted Piquillo Peppers are also new in the RoastWorks line. “These are uniquely sweet though mild peppers that are handpicked and slow-roasted, then carefully peeled and seeded for authentic appeal,” explains Clark. “To meet the growing trend towards international foods, RoastWorks is developing new fast prep banquet and restaurant side dishes that are unique but not so different that they will be too strange or unrecognizable to consumers.”

Clark also notes that consumers are continuing to recognize that roasted products are fresher, healthier, and “better tasting.”
