There is nothing like the aroma of fine tea brewing. There is also
nothing as disappointing as discovering that the tea does not taste
like its fantastic aroma. That’s why James Guzenski, director of F&B
outlets for the St. Regis Hotel in New York City, serves guests
Harney & Sons Fine Teas. According to Guzenski, “The secret of
Harney is that both the aroma of the tea and the taste are identical.”
Guests of the St. Regis Hotel are treated to a selection of coffees
and teas upon arrival. “We use Harney & Sons Fine Teas throughout
the entire building and in all of our outlets,” comments Guzenski. “We
probably have more of their tea in stock in our hotel than they have in
their warehouse,” he quips.
The exquisite blends of Harney & Sons Fine Teas globally
gathered flavors are versatile enough to move beyond the teacup. Guzenski uses the flavorful blends as a base for delightful cocktails.
“Sometimes people just don’t want anything heavy to drink in the afternoon. They’re looking for a light, refreshing
cocktail,” he suggests.
The undeviating aroma and flavor of Harney and Sons Fine Teas keep Guzenski coming back for more. “The Harney
blends are really straightforward, and that’s what people are looking for in tea,” he explains.—AV
