Variety, they say, is the spice of life. First and
foremost, this is true when it comes to food.
It’s even better when the tableware looks as

“When we’re busy, we average 100 to 150 food
functions a day,” says Duane Welch, Executive
Steward at The Venetian Resort & Casino, Las Vegas,
“from events for several thousand people, to
