an easy tool that takes care
of it all, even measuring banquet
consumption.
The AccuBar system was
developed six years ago by
Roger Grimm to address
these issues. Grimm had
been a bartender, manager, and
teacher for years. He says, “I was tired of the stress and
headaches of tracking bar inventory. I knew there had to
be a better way to keep everything on track.”
Thus Grimm worked with his two sons in the development
and marketing of the AccuBar system. Since its
introduction, notes Grimm, “many AccuBar users have
reported substantial drops in their beverage cost. Theft is
all but eliminated, labor costs fall significantly, and
reporting is more accurate and reliable.”
The key aspect of the system that makes it so useful
is its speed. Says Grimm, “many of our customers will tell
you there’s no faster system for tackling all parts of the
