David Brannigan, executive Chef at the Hilton Walt Disney World Resort, can’t

with the design needs. The trays were designed around a shot glass I sent them,
with holes to fit the shot glass to half its depth.”
Brannigan uses the presentation trays for displaying desserts. He is able to
use the shot glasses for individual desserts, such as tiramisu, lemon mousse,
and chocolate mousse. They’re set inside the tray—making them both aesthetically
pleasing and secure for transporting around the restaurant.
