AccuBar liquor inventory system "Point, zap, click, done."

According to Robert Kasnekaw, assistant F&B director at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, calculating the hotel's liquor inventory is virtually that simple using AccuBar's state-of-the-art, handheld bar inventory tracking system.

"It now takes half the people half the time to inventory the same amount," Kasnekaw explains, compared with their former "old school way of doing inventory using paper and pencil." Established among liquor inventory control vendors, AccuBar has been on property since April 2005.

"Our bartenders can remain behind the bar and sell drinks or create new recipes," Kasnekaw says. "Our beverage manager can spend more time accurately analyzing the data."

"Because the data is stored on the Internet, there's no file storage on our network. It doesn't take up space and there's no risk of losing it," Kasnekaw says.
