Getting customers the hotel banquet chairs they ordered, the way they were ordered, and for when they were ordered, are among the hallmarks of MTS Seating.

"We build every order to order," explains Phil Swy, MTS President. "We offer virtually any combination of fabric and finish. With the addition of several different lines, we have the broadest offering of banquet seating in the industry."

Because comfort has become increasingly important to hoteliers, this hotel chair supplier has expanded its standard offerings of comfort flex-backs. For example, the Elan line now offers eight comfort back styles as standard. The Vario Allday series has seven different standard styles from which to choose.

"Comfort is big and important to hoteliers in selling and merchandising their banquet space, so we've added it to our line," Swy says. "They want ergonomic design and more comfort to help reduce fatigue."
