Food can be prepared and chilled for one or more banquet meals in advance, enhancing convenience and labor efficiency. Additionally, Chef K has total control using the A la cart Temp Watch system- a wireless temperature management program for automatic monitoring of HACCP/ temperature compliance and record-keeping. "I can monitor individual function temperatures across the building from my computer to ensure high sanitation standards," he says.

Banquet plating can be laborious and inconsistent, especially when multiple functions are operating, but the Multi Tech Hotel Banquet Carts let Chef K control presentation at the prep level and streamline labor in the advanced stages, significantly reducing labor costs.

The 23 Multi Tech Banquet Carts at the convention center can be programmed to retherm at the proper time and this, according to Chef K, "focuses my priorities from function to function without anxiety on the next plate-out."
