The National Pork Board returned to the Napa Valley April 1 to 3 to host its Pork Summit, based in and around the Culinary Institute of America’s Greystone facility in St. Helena, California. The event is an annual opportunity for chefs from around the country, along with foodservice editors, to learn about pork production and cooking techniques, as well as to roll up their sleeves together as teams in a kitchen challenge—and, of course, revel in food and drink under Napa skies.
