Table and Tabletop
Five options for buffets and table service for style and simplicity.

1. ROSSETO
Organizing and serving have never been EZ-ier.

ROSSETO
When we stopped by the Rosseto booth, we noticed their popular EZ-SERV line of dispensers had gone pro with the EZ-SERV Pro Series. The product now features frosted container sides, a clicking mechanism on the handle to control portions, and up to six inches of clearance. “We raised it because a lot of hotels were looking for something that had enough room to put an ice cream cup or a salad bowl underneath,” says Rosseto’s Chelsea Stuck. Rosseto also debuted their new EZ-Organizer condiment display stations, which come in two sizes and are available in black or white.

2. UNICHAIRS
Sleek and stackable.

UNICHAIRS

New designs and traditional quality were on display at the Unichairs booth this year. Under the spotlight was their new-look stackable seat, which works just as well for a hip hotel restaurant as it does for a banquet ballroom. “We’re always coming up with a new design,” says Antonio Caracciolo of Unichairs. “We actually work with decorators who give us designs, and we build our chairs around them,” he adds. Each Unichairs model is built to last, with extra reinforcements providing additional strength and durability.

3. GARNIER-THIEBAUT
When a first-class impression is top priority.

GARNIER-THIEBAUT

Garnier-Thiebaut’s new luxury collection was on display and getting lots of attention. North American Director Jean-Philippe Krukowicz says “neutrals like tans, browns, and golds are doing particularly well this year.” While we were there, an F&B director from a Ritz-Carlton was oooing and aaahing over the patterns, some of which have recently been sold into Chicago hotels such as the Sofitel Water Tower and the Elysian. For an out-of-this-world guest experience, the company also unveiled its Grasse 600-thread-count combed cotton sheets.

4. GASSER CHAIR COMPANY
Elegant and versatile.

GASSER CHAIR COMPANY
New at the Gasser Chair booth this year were updated versions of their Club Collection and Signature Series chairs, both elegant and versatile enough to handle any dining concept. Gasser’s Patty Lewis says the newer version of the Club chair was originally built for a non-F&B setting. “It actually started off in the Showboat Casino as their poker chair, but then somebody saw it and wanted it for a dining chair. It's used for everything now, and we have different back styles for it too,” she says, adding that each Gasser chair can be customized for any operation.

5. ISINGLASS
Top-shelf support for ice sculptures.

ISINGLASS
One of the first things Gail Poe of Isinglass showed us when we stopped by their booth was their new six-foot-long ice tray, which can hold ice sculptures up to 300 pounds. Poe said that the F&B director of a large Las Vegas hotel stopped by earlier that day and was immediately interested in purchasing several for his hotel. “It's reinforced, so in addition to ice sculptures, you could set it up as a salad bar or a base for seafood. Really, the sky's the limit,” says Poe. Each tray also has a faucet for efficient drainage of melted ice.
