Hotels looking for ways to boost the bottom line can turn to an old favorite for food and beverage profitability—pasta. According to the American Italian Pasta Company (AIPC), 20 pounds of dry pasta produces 50 pounds when cooked, making it an ideal banquet option. AIPC’s Ravarino & Freschi pasta, made with 100 percent durum semolina, is a name that has been around since 1901 but is perfect for today’s hotel applications.
