Scotsman unveiled three new ice machines at the Academy of Culinary Arts at Land O’ Lakes High School in Florida. Each year, School Nutrition Association (SNA) helps with kids’ menu development by suggesting a theme, recipes, and promotional resources. The “School Lunch–Let’s Grow Healthy” campaign put a spotlight on locally sourced foods served in schools.
