Gala Drinks
GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur is imported from the House of Stock, established by Lionello Stock in 1884. These summer recipes echo the climate of Trieste, Italy, the ancient port city on the Adriatic Sea, where GranGala originates. THE ULTIMATE MARGARITA
1 oz GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur
1 oz Corazon Silver Tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
coarse salt
wedge of lime

Rub rim of Margarita glass with lime and spin in salt. Shake imported GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur, tequila, and lime juice together with ice. Strain into glass and garnish with lime wedge.


SUMMER GALA
3 oz GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur
4 oz Corazon Silver Tequila
3 oz Stock Maraschino Liqueur
2 oz fresh watermelon juice
2 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz fresh lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients together and serve by the pitcher. Stir before serving and pour into goblets over ice. Garnish with cubes of watermelon on cocktail picks or a wedge perched on the glass.
