Features a traditional convection heating system
like other banquet carts or a heat retention system
that is charged before loading the meals. Then, the
cart can be unplugged and taken to the banquet
location. The heater slowly releases heat and keeps
meals warm for two hours, unplugged. Capacities range from
96 to 150 plates, including models for extralarge plates up to 12-3/4
inches or for bulk food pans. These carts feature
universal slides.
Fully insulated banquet cart features
lift-off power top for easy cleaning and easy-to-read eye
level controls. Provides quick heat up to 200° F and
can be used for short-term cold food storage. Two-inch
insulation provides energy efficiency, and fully insulated
doors swing flush to the sides and latch in place to simplify

Traulsen EnergyStar® rated hot-food holding cabinets
include a heating system that distributes hot air evenly
throughout the cabinet, keeping food hot and fresh. The design
includes a low-watt density heater in an encapsulated double-wall
down duct. Two fans pull air from the top of the cabinet down over
the heater element. Air exits at the bottom and is drawn up over the
product, ensuring consistent temperature maintenance. With the
convenient on/off button, the “onetime temperature-setting adjustment”
automatically warms the unit to the preset temperature.

INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor controls as their refrigerators and
freezers for precise temperature control. But in this case, the temperature
is 140° F to 180° F. Holding hot food above the danger
zone temperature significantly reduces the
