BUNN AXIOM brewers are ready to brew hot, perfect coffee—right out of the box. AXIOM brewers have digital brewing technology and an easy-touse LCD display that makes brewing and serving gourmet coffees easy. AXIOM is available on a wide range of models, including single and twin brewers that brew into decanters, airpots, or thermal carafes. Single or dual voltage models are also available.

Brewers have BrewWIZARD™ technology to simplify programming so the operator can set the brew level, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature from the advanced LED touch pad. AXIOM brewers are ideally suited for use where water has a high lime content. Water flow rate is monitored using BrewLOGIC™, which automatically adjusts the brew time to maintain consistent brew levels.

Other features include automatic warmer shutoff, electronic diagnostics, built-in tank drain, and 200-ounce (5.9L) tank for back-to-back brewing. Energy-saver mode reduces tank temperature during idle periods.

Starbucks remains the largest purchaser, roaster, and distributor of Fair Trade Certified™ coffee in North America. In fiscal 2006, Starbucks’ global purchases of Fair Trade Certified™ coffee totaled 18 million pounds, representing 6 percent of Starbucks’ total coffee purchases. And within two years after introducing its Coffee and Farmer Equity Practices program (C.A.F.E. Practices)—a set of socially responsible coffee buying guidelines—the company achieved a significant milestone with more than half of total coffee purchases bought from suppliers approved under these guidelines. Starbucks’ certified and conservation coffees have been grown or sold in ways that help preserve the natural environment and/or promote economic stability.
