The fourth-annual Punta Mita Beach Festival at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico concluded recently, with 120 attendees enjoying fine dining and luxury bites over four days prepared by guest chefs Alexander Branch, Manuel Peruyero, and Erick Ramos, as well as a selection of cocktails, Bocanegra beer, Latin American wines, and a selection of tequilas by Tequila Patrón.
According to the resort, guests also participated in guided activities like surfing, stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), snorkeling, and yoga. This year's festival was also host to professional Chilean surfer Ramón Navarro’s film premiere The Fisherman’s Son, focusing on Navarro’s mission to protect the culture and environment of the Chilean coast.
Specific F&B highlights included an awards lunch featuring fresh seafood at the resort's Mita Mary Boat Bistro on Sea Breeze Beach; a St. Regis Champagne Ritual in the Altamira Lobby, followed by a “Mexico Meets Peru” fusion dinner on the beach created by Peruvian Chef Erick Ramos; a special closing dinner on Sea Breeze Beach created by Chefs Manuel Peruyero, Erick Ramos, and Alexander Branch; and a farewell brunch at Sea Breeze Restaurant.
